Last night, the River Slang in the Dundrum area burst its banks and created a surge of water to flow through the ground level of the Centre. The centre had asked Electric Ireland to disconnect the supply until they have carried out all of our own checks.Therefore Dublin South fm will not be broadcasting today.

We cross the musical boundaries on the Mixed Bag while leaving out the chart fluff Motorhead could be sandwiched between Imelda May and James Brown, and one day I will play the Wild Hearts for my mate Doug. Thrown in is good week, bad week where a guest and I chat about the ups and downs of the world.
As for myself I am a graduate of the DCU Communications Studies course which of course did not prepare me for live radio at all even though that's what I studied!! I am from Plymouth Devon and have been living in Ireland for several years. When I am not listening to music I like to play the geetar, read, watch movies, shoot things on the xbox and walk around the city watching the world go by.
